There is a dialogue between abstract painting and expressive landscape painting that leads art towards a reflection on what is usually called representation. An environment, within a more symbolist perspective and free from the imitation of the so-called real, usually moves towards a formal dilution that leads to a progressive disappearance of the world considered real. The concept developed by the artist, and technical improvement are two variables that, throughout his career, can, therefore, lead to improved thinking and doing that lead to increasingly accurate research into composition, shapes, figures, colors and textures, starting to understand the pictorial act as a study of techniques, materials and supports that result in a progressively denser creation, in which the copy of reality is increasingly replaced by questioning and renewed interpretations of what is conventionally called everyday reality .
